Why can’t I realize my dream?

I have a plan. I have a clear vision which I start the business and it has been paying soon.

But I can’t carry it out for lack of funds. 

I think it is the chance of a lifetime. 

Do I have to give away my last chance?

Do I have any way to get the chance?
